1. Agreement to terms

Welcome to Hitaishii. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility & account registration

Registration is restricted to hand-picked or pre-approved students and verified mentors. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Role of the platform

Hitaishii is a private connection platform that links JEE/IIT aspirants with verified mentors. Hitaishii provides the infrastructure, session scheduling, and communication tools, but does not directly control the performance or conduct of independent mentors.

4. User conduct & restrictions

To preserve the safety and integrity of the platform, users must strictly adhere to the following conduct policies:

• No sharing of personal contact details: You may not share phone numbers, emails, personal social media accounts, bank details, or off-platform contact information. All communication must happen within the Hitaishii platform.
• Off-platform payments are prohibited: Direct or external financial transactions between mentors and students are strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate account termination.
• Academic Integrity: Mentors and students must uphold the highest standards of academic honesty. Cheating, sharing answers during active exams, or performing academic work on behalf of a student is prohibited.

5. Session monitoring & quality assurance

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that platform administrators may monitor active chat rooms, review stored logs, and join or record live video mentoring sessions at any time for safety, compliance, and quality monitoring purposes.

6. Payments, refunds & cancellations

Students must maintain an active subscription or package to schedule sessions. Mentors receive guaranteed payouts as calculated and processed through our integrated billing system. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through support.

7. Data storage & security

We treat all user and academic data with care. All platform data is hosted on encrypted database servers and accessed over secure HTTPS/TLS connections. Sensitive files are stored in encrypted cloud storage buckets. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

8. Account suspension & termination

Hitaishii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these Terms of Service, engage in academic integrity breaches, attempt off-platform solicitation, or display behaviors that threaten the safety and well-being of our community.
